7. Membership Freeze Policy
At Studio Fitology, members are entitled to freeze their membership for a maximum total of two months per calendar year. This can be used either as two separate one-month freezes or as one continuous two-month freeze. Each member may freeze their account no more than twice per year. If a member chooses to freeze their membership for 14 days or less, there is no fee. However, if the freeze exceeds 14 days—even by a single day (e.g., 15 days)—it will count as a full one-month freeze, and a one-month freeze fee will apply. All freeze requests must be submitted in advance via an official email to info@studiofitology.com, clearly stating the exact start and end dates of the freeze. This policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness in scheduling and membership management.
