These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Studio Fitology services, including Pilates, yoga, and fitness sessions. By booking a class or visiting our studio, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- All bookings must be made in advance through our system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds are available for purchased classes, memberships, or packages.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Late cancellations (less than 10 hours before class start) will result in a cancellation fee ($12) and loss of session credit.
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee. ($20)
3. Contract Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your contract (e.g., membership or package), a cancellation feewill apply.
- The cancellation fee varies depending on the specific contract you signed at the beginning of your purchase. You acknowledge that this fee is outlined in your signed agreement and agree to pay it if you decide to cancel before the end of your contract term.
- Contracts may not be canceled without the applicable cancellation fee, which is detailed in the contract you signed upon purchase.
- For Founder Members: If you are a founder member and wish to cancel your membership, you must provide a written notice at least four weeks in advance. The four-week period will begin from the date we receive your written notice via email.
4. Studio Etiquette & Safety
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to ensure a smooth start.
- No late entries are allowed to maintain class flow.
- Socks with grip are mandatory for safety in reformer classes.
- If you have any injuries or medical conditions, inform the instructor or manager before class.
5. Membership & Packages
- All memberships and class packages have expiration dates and cannot be extended unless approved by management.
- Memberships and packages are non-transferable non-refundable and cannot be shared.
6. Liability Waiver
- By participating in classes, you acknowledge that fitness activities involve risks.
- You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages and waive any claims against Studio Fitology and its instructors.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
8. Membership Expiration Terms
At Studio Fitology, we are not responsible for any unused or expired sessions. All session packages and memberships are subject to clearly stated expiration dates, which are outlined in our contracts and communicated transparently at the time of purchase. We do not allow extensions, modifications to expiry dates, or refunds for any unused sessions under any circumstances. By purchasing a package or membership, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
