Shima
Shima, a visionary in the fitness realm, embarked on her transformative journey 15 years ago, embracing the holistic power of Pilates and group workouts. Her passion for well-being led to the founding of Studio Fitology, a beacon of health that reflects her expertise. With a Master’s in Physiology and a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Shima is not just a trainer; she’s a mentor sculpting a healthier world, one life at a time.

Allison
With a 10-year background in competitive gymnastics and a 10-year background in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Allison has a passion for teaching Pilates to all levels and setting a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Her teaching style is precise, dynamic, and fun. With her daily intention of setting a non-judgmental and motivating atmosphere for all, Allison's passion lies in teaching and the lifelong journey of continually learning the practice of Pilates!

Alyssa
Alyssa is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a dance and science background, blending movement with body understanding. Passionate about health, she believes in mindful daily movement and guides others to feel strong and balanced. Progressing in Reformer Pilates, she incorporates her expertise into her teaching, emphasizing alignment and a full-body burn, creating a mind-muscle connection. Alyssa’s goal is to help clients build strength and leave each class refreshed and empowered.

Belle
Meet Belle! With over 1,000 classes under her belt, she’s all about that Vinyasa Flow life. Expect feel-good vibes with beats from reggaeton, indie, and pop in her classes or very chill and meditative tunes for softer practices because od all about balance! Belle’s mission? To help you flow through life by focusing on energy, alignment, and keeping your nervous system chill. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her sipping green smoothies, spinning stories, or sneaking in a nap.

Denise
With 5 years of experience as a Pilates instructor and nutritionist, I empower others to embrace holistic health. Pilates transformed my physical strength, posture, and flexibility, reshaping my body connection. Consistent practice has fostered self-awareness and overall health improvement. I aim to share these experiences with clients, helping them build strength, mindfulness, and body awareness, while guiding them to make nourishing choices for their physical and mental well-being.

Frida
Frida, your playful and creative fitness coach, offers thoughtfully programmed exercises. Her positive attitude infuses every session, making her a valuable asset for members seeking variety and motivation. Frida’s innovative approach to fitness keeps our members engaged and inspired.

Lee
As a dedicated Pilates instructor, Lee blends classical and contemporary styles, emphasizing biomechanics, fundamentals, rehabilitation, and mobility training. His extensive certifications in Pilates apparatus, personal training, nutrition, and strength/conditioning coaching enrich our club’s offerings. Lee’s comprehensive knowledge and approach ensure a well-rounded fitness experience.

Mahshid
As a Certified Pilates Instructor with a lifelong involvement in sports, I bring a dynamic approach to training. My passion lies in improving clients' physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and guiding clients through tailored Pilates sessions that boost confidence and well-being. Witnessing their progress brings me immense joy. I thrive on creating a supportive environment where individuals feel healthier, stronger, and empowered.

Maxwell
Maxwell's journey into Pilates began in 2019 when injuries halted her usual high-impact fitness routines. Looking for a solution, she turned to Pilates and was captivated by its transformative power, not just physically but mentally as well. After years of practicing pilates, Maxwell decided to complete her full STOTT pilates certification to become a teacher herself. Maxwell is also knowledgeable in the realm of nutrition as she's a fully certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Megan
Starting my yogic journey years ago, I realized the immense physical and mental benefits of yoga and knew becoming an instructor was my path. I'm dedicated to sharing yoga, positively impacting each student’s life, and making classes exciting, energizing, and relaxing for all levels. Melissa is a Mat Certified Pilates instructor who brings her passion for blending creative movements with Pilates principles to the mat. Staying active and keeping fit has always been an integral part of her life. When she took her first Pilates class years ago, she was immediately captivated and knew this was her calling. Melissa’s philosophy is to encourage her students to connect with themselves, both physically and mentally, through movement on the mat. Sahar is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience in both mat and reformer practices. Her teaching philosophy is centered on building a strong, resilient foundation for each individual, guiding you through a personalized journey toward achieving your fitness goals. Sahar’s classes offer a supportive and welcoming environment where you can develop both physical strength and mental well-being. Ruqayyah
Ruqayyah is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor specializing in both mat and reformer techniques. With a passion for movement, she draws on her experience as an international model and samba dancer to bring an energizing, fun vibe to each class. Whether helping you sculpt, strengthen, or stretch, Ruqayyah infuses every session with the same poise and rhythm she brings to the runway. She believes Pilates empowers you to move confidently, feel stronger, and live your best, most vibrant life — one rep at a time!

Tiffany
Tiffany has over a decade of experience in yoga and Pilates, holding certifications in 200-YTT and Reformer Pilates. She combines calm focus with detailed guidance to create a Pilates experience that is both challenging and supportive. Tiffany’s sessions emphasize controlled movements and are tailored to help clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence, ensuring each individual is challenged at every level.

Valeriia
As a certified trainer, I’ve explored many fitness disciplines, but Pilates truly captured my heart. My journey began with a passion for dancing, eventually leading me to open my studio. I specialize in fly yoga, TRX, stretching, and Pilates here. I’ve seen how Pilates can heal, aid recovery, and transform the body. My dedication grows with ongoing education in Pilates reformer techniques. I’m passionate about helping people move better and live healthier lives.
