What types of classes do you offer at Studio Fitology?

We specialize in Pilates, Yoga, and Anti-Gravity Fitness. Our schedule includes Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and specialty workshops designed for all levels.

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, our instructors will guide you and provide modifications to suit your needs.

You can easily book through our Studio Fitology App (available on iOS and Android) or directly on our website. Advance booking is highly recommended since class sizes are limited.

We provide Reformers and props for Reformer classes. For mat-based classes (such as Mat Pilates or Yoga), bringing your own personal mat is required. Please also bring comfortable workout clothing, grip socks for Reformer classes (recommended for safety), and a water bottle.

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 10 hours before class to avoid being charged. This allows us to open spots for others on the waitlist.

Yes! We offer flexible packages, drop-ins, and monthly memberships. Our packages are designed to give you the best value depending on your goals and how often you’d like to practice.

Yes! We offer a 7-day Trial Pass that gives you unlimited access to all of our sessions for only $40. It’s the perfect way to experience everything Studio Fitology has to offer before choosing a package or membership.

We are located at 30-20 Dufferin Street, Unit 12-A, Toronto, Ontario. Our boutique-style studio space is designed for comfort, community, and transformation.

Yes, we offer 1-on-1 private sessions as well as duo and small group training for a more personalized experience.

Do you have parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available near the studio. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a spot and settle in.

Yes! We have instructors trained in pre‑natal and post‑natal modifications. Please let your instructor know before class so they can provide safe adjustments.

Definitely. We offer intro-level classes designed for those new to Pilates or Yoga, and our instructors always provide modifications to help you progress at your own pace.

We provide changing rooms and storage cubbies for your belongings. At this time, we do not have showers on-site.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. You can also purchase packages directly through our app or website.

Yes — but please consult with your physician first. Inform your instructor about your condition before class, so they can offer modifications and ensure a safe experience.
